The brief was a thank-you evening that did not feel like a corporate dinner. We took the group to a working vineyard in Slavonia, put one long table between the rows, and built the night around the people who make the wine rather than around a stage.
Local producers poured and talked, the kitchen cooked what the region actually eats, and the programme stayed deliberately short. The point was the place and the people in it.
